It is for this reason that Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is integrated into the group's core strategy to use it in day-to-day operations. Its CSR initiatives are led by the Aditya Foundation, the CSR arm of the Aditya International Group, established in 2010 under the Indian Societies Act.

The Foundation has been spearheading welfare and development activities in the fields of Education, Safe Drinking Water, Empowerment of the Physically Challenged, Neighborhood Community Development and Environment. Health care with awareness (HIV,Polio,Hepatitis,Cancer etc.),Financial Aid, Help during Natural disaster, save animal ,Religious support. Cleanliness programme, Health care activities in rural villages include free health camps , Human Right, celebration of great saint birth & death anniversary , Beti Bachao Beti Padhao, Women Helpline , Child Protection, Social Integration through Inter-Cast Marriage.
